Ingredientes: cous cous integral* (sémola de trigo integral de grano duro). Contiene gluten. Puede contener trazas de sésamo, soja y frutos secos.
Modo de empleo: poner a hervir 1 medida de agua por cada medida de cous cous. Cuando rompa a hervir, retirar del fuego, añadir el cous cous, tapar y dejar reposar hasta que se absorba el agua. Añadir un chorrito de aceite de oliva y remover. Condimentar al gusto y consumir.
